Frequently Asked Questions
Are all your bakes naturally leavened?
Yes! All naturally leavened with sourdough starter made from just water and flour, no commercial yeast added.
Why Are Your Breads Gut-Friendly?
Our sourdough goods are gut-friendly thanks to a natural fermentation process involving wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria. This process breaks down some gluten and proteins, making our bread easier to digest.

How to store my bread?
Day 1: Enjoy your fresh loaf! Store any remaining bread in an airtight container—plastic works best, like a large Ziploc bag.
Days 2-5:
Toast it for the perfect snack.
Make a gooey grilled cheese sandwich with butter and a sprinkle of cheese.
Try homemade sourdough croutons: cube the bread, toss in olive oil, and either pan-fry or bake at 350°F for 5-10 minutes. Perfect for soups and salads, especially with our Fig & Walnut or Seeded Spelt breads.
Freezer:
Our breads freeze beautifully! Whether sliced or whole, wrap them in a Ziploc bag or plastic wrap. For that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste, preheat your oven to 400°F, sprinkle water on the loaf, and bake for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy the warmth and flavor!
